A creative agency in Oakland known for culturally relevant, community-first campaigns is looking for a Temp-to-Hire Account Manager with strong client service experience and multicultural campaign expertise . This is a hyperlocal role made for someone who lives and breathes Oakland, someone who understands the culture, the rhythm, and the people.

Type : Temp to Hire

Pay : $35-45/hr

Location : Oakland, CA

Schedule : Hybrid

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between client partners and internal teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across creative, media, and strategy teams
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure project success
• Support integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, print, radio, broadcast)
• Drive community engagement and awareness with a focus on impact
• Conduct research and assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis

Qualifications :

• 3–5+ years of experience in an agency or campaign management setting
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns
• Experience with both digital and traditional (print, radio, TV) integrated campaigns
• Deep cultural ties to and fluency within Oakland’s Black community
• Experience with non-profit or public sector clients is a plus
• A vibrant, energetic personality that thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
