CBP National Targeting Center, Junior Targeting Analyst Amentum is looking for TOP SECRET-cleared Junor Targeting Analysts with demonstrated experience supporting CBP’s National Targeting Center or similar operations. These Junior Targeting Analysts support CBP’s efforts to keep dangerous people and goods out of the United States. Amentum provides analytic, consulting, and staffing support to U.S. Government national security agencies, including the Departments of Homeland Security and Defense, and similar Government clients. The Homeland Group provides a range of homeland-focused security and law enforcement intelligence support, risk analysis and modeling, and program management services to Federal, state, and local agencies. We pride ourselves in developing creative, customized, and flexible approaches that meet our clients’ evolving and dynamic needs. Candidates Should Have: 1-3 years’ experience supporting targeting for intelligence and/or law enforcement. Direct experience supporting CBP, with experience at National Targeting Center strongly preferred. Familiarity with CBP NTC tools and systems including ACE, AES, ATS/ATS-G, ESTA, SEACATS, and/or UPAX. Experience in passenger, cargo, and network analysis. Experience developing analytical reports, briefs, and studies. Experience with analytical tools including I2 and Palantir. Active or past CBP Background Investigation is preferred. Required/Preferred: A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in intelligence working issues directly applicable to the NTC mission set and/or in targeting roles specifically. Experience/skills relevant to targeting analysis for a U.S. Government entity. At least a Bachelor’s Degree. Active TS/SCI. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
