Job Description

KEY OBJECTIVE:

As a key member of the Chubb Multinational team, the Executive Underwriter will contribute to regional profitability and production results by growing, developing, and underwriting international casualty programs for U.S. multinational companies and organizations. This role also involves establishing and cultivating business relationships with brokers, clients, and other relevant stakeholders within the territory to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities, representing all Multinational segments and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development & Broker Management: Develop and utilize relationships with P&C brokers and producers to generate new account opportunities for the International Casualty division. Territory Management: Implement the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory, ensuring effective planning and execution of broker calls and stewardship meetings to drive new business and retain existing accounts. Account Targeting: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sales territory and broker-controlled business. Understand existing and historical relationships to develop prospects and target new business opportunities. Quote to Win: Review new business submissions to understand the international casualty risk and incumbent's offerings, producing and delivering competitive quotes that showcase Chubb's capabilities and expertise. Maintain and Grow Relationships: Work with brokers and clients to respond to evolving needs driven by market expansion, acquisitions, or changes in geographic footprint and program structure. Risk Management: Maintain a profitable renewal book, understanding operational details, deal structures, and compliance with US and local country requirements. Respond promptly to service requests. Innovation: Identify opportunities to provide innovative solutions within the Casualty & Property CMP process.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

College degree required.
