About Us:

eCap is a leading executive level conference and networking experience company across healthcare and real estate, including the eCap Summit, eCapWest, eCore and BHASe events. We’re known for delivering high impact branding, exceptional event experiences and meaningful connections across industries.

We’re seeking a Full Time Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a versatile designer with at least five years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating visual content that brings brands and events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials across print, digital, large format, web and social media platforms.
  • Support branding and visual execution across all event properties: eCap, eCore, eCapWest and BHASe.
  • Develop event signage, sponsorship collateral, presentation decks, email graphics and social media content.
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, sales and events teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality design.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate on creative strategy and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and activations.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets and templates.
  • Track project progress using project management tools such as Monday.com.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print, large format, digital and social.
  • Familiarity with web design tools and social media best practices.
  • Experience working with project management software; Monday.com a plus.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player, comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating.
  • Available to work in office 4 days per week in Lakewood, NJ.
