• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly ServiceNow.
• No extensive experience required in Smartsheet.

Job Description
• Order Management: Utilize Oracle for order entry and IMS for web-based ordering references.
• Customer Service: Provide support to company-operated and licensed stores, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Intake Process: Manage intake forms to collect specific information for order delivery, working through CRM systems with varying queue priorities.
• System Navigation: Navigate and utilize multiple systems, including Excel (basic to intermediate), tracking systems for carriers, and CRM (ServiceNow).
• Data Management: Capture and manage data across various platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and other supplies.
