The Role

As a Plant Manager , you will lead the manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence in safety, production, quality, and efficiency. You’ll manage a team, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier product quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership role, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations, including production, logistics, maintenance, and quality control.
• Implement and enforce safety standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve plant performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with company objectives.

What You Bring

• Experience: 8+ years in a leadership role within a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Industry: Expertise in steel fabrication processes (roll forming, welding, press brakes).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Lean manufacturing, production scheduling, quality control, OSHA regulations.
• Leadership: Strong communication, team development, and strategic planning abilities.
