Job Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to join their team in Irvine, CA!

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and assemble closing binders in accordance with client-specific procedures.
  • Communicate with title and escrow companies, lenders, and other involved parties for post-closing follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute electronic closing binders and large file packages to clients via secure links.
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients to provide transactional support both during and after closings.
  • Coordinate transaction checklists and attend conference calls regarding status of closing
  • Coordinate with clients and title companies regarding delivering required closing documents Prepare signature packages and closing documents ahead of closing
  • Review and process signed closing documents to assure accuracy, and circulate the same to applicable parties

Qualifications:

  • Strong professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience in a law firm, escrow, or title company environment is preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions is a plus, as is a current California Notary Public commission
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
