This position would be working 16 hours/week on weekdays day shift.
As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, the Registered Nurse (RN) participates in the development of an integrated plan of care and provides direct nursing care to our frail elderly participants. The RN's responsibilities including nursing assessments, care planning, interventions, medication administration/management, treatments, nurse delegation and patient teaching.

Required Qualifications:
Education sufficient for licensure
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
1 year Long term care or geriatric nursing
1 year Working with the frail and elderly

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
