Job Title: Training Specialist

Location-Type: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite, New York, NY)

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Compensation Range: $22.48/hr – $35/hr

Job Description:

Drive user enablement by designing and delivering impactful training for Microsoft Dynamics within a hybrid media and technology environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person and virtual training for Microsoft Dynamics users
• Maintain and update SharePoint with training resources and documentation
• Manage communications about new features and updates
• Gather feedback to evaluate and improve training effectiveness
• Provide support for escalated user issues post-service desk
• Demonstrate and incorporate Microsoft Copilot and generative AI into training processes
• Act as the go-to expert for Microsoft Dynamics within HTV

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
• 2–3 years of training or instructional design experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Office 365, and training content tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate)
• Experience delivering virtual and in-person training
• Ability to travel up to 25%

• Nice-to-Haves:
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
