18 Wheels USA is seeking skilled and experienced Class A CDL Truck Drivers (minimum 3 months verifiable experience) to join our dedicated W2 team. We offer consistent Over-the-Road routes primarily East of I-35, getting you home every 2 weeks. Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally and safely operate Class A tractor-trailers, hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Manage routes primarily throughout the Eastern United States (East of I-35), with a high percentage (approx. 75%) of drop and hook.
• Effectively manage schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Accurately maintain electronic logs (ELDs), trip documentation, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs).
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and fellow team members.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer units.
• Uphold all company policies and DOT safety standards.

Driver Qualifications:

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
• Experience: A minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or Regional tractor-trailer driving experience is required.
• Safety Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), a favorable Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) report, and a strong commitment to safety are essential.
• Compliance: Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening. Must have a clear FMCSA Clearinghouse status (e.g., no active SAP program participation or unresolved drug/alcohol violations).
